Fine Motor Skills

Fine motor skills are small movements made with hands, fingers, toes and wrists, as well as your lips and tongue. Children who are finding fine motor skills development challenging often have difficulty holding small objects, and using things like zippers, scissors, pencils, silverware. They may have trouble with handwriting, coloring, drawing and tracing. Any of these small activities that are age-appropriate could be a challenge.
