To schedule a visit, please call the office at 303.515.7143.  I am located at my clinic in northwest Longmont. I see clients in their homes or schools pending upon availability and location.

School and CommunitY Sessions

I see many clients in their home, school or in the community. This can be a wonderful way to work with the child directly in their environment. I have the unique flexibility to work with clients in my extensive clinic while also supporting them at school, home or their community.

FINANCIAL POLICY

Kid Skills is a specialized patient and family-centered practice.  We pride ourselves on the unique needs of our clients. We will provide you with a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out-of-network coverage. We are a Medicaid provider although do not accept other insurance at this time.

Your payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover).

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24-hours (1 business day) notice is required for canceling/rescheduling any appointment. We will try to provide an email or text reminder to prevent no-shows or late cancellations. However, due to the limited number of available therapy times, a $50 no show/cancellation fee will be applied.
